Unveiling JohnWallStreet IQ’s
2027 Programming Calendar
JohnWallStreet launched its IQ program in February 2025. The exclusive membership community connects senior decision-makers across sports, media and finance interested in exchanging ideas, tackling shared challenges and building meaningful relationships with peers in a safe, off-record environment.
Today, our invite-only Intelligence Quorum has more than 165 members, including many who have already renewed for a second year.
They include:
🟢 Big Four team owners and presidents
🟢 Challenger league founders and CEOs
🟢 Power Four athletic directors and conference commissioners
🟢 Chief operating, revenue, and marketing executives across rights owners, holders, brand partners, and governing bodies
🟢 Senior media executives
🟢 Leading private equity and venture capital investors
🟢 Founders of growth-stage sports technology companies
Membership is intentionally limited to preserve the seniority and intimacy of the community.
What distinguishes IQ from other communities —beyond its concentration of influence across the industry— is our members’ willingness to engage with and help one another.
“JWS IQ has offered what others try to do but often fall short on: meaningful connections that lead to real-life business opportunities. Our partnership at Pathway with ALUM is an example. That connection alone was worth the price of admission.” – Casey Schwab (President & Founding Partner, Pathway Sports & Entertainment)
“JWS IQ is both a tremendous networking platform as well as a way to stay on top of the latest trends. Learning about the Creator Sports Network through [the community] has led to a strong relationship with its founders that is [now] supporting many aspects of our business.” – Will Wilson (President, GalwayPlus Sports + Entertainment)
Members received the following in 2026:
✅ Event Access – One seat at each of JohnWallStreet’s nine tentpole events
✅ Intelligence Briefings and Small-Room IRL Gatherings – Monthly member-exclusive virtual conversations and intimate lunches and dinners led by featured member-guests with deep expertise on the designated topic
✅ Virtual Community – A closed platform housing JohnWallStreet’s audio archive and other proprietary content, where members can connect and engage with peers
Together, the mix of formats provides multiple avenues for members to learn from and build relationships with one another.
We’re adding a series of additional member benefits for 2027:
✅ Strategic Advisory Session – One hour of private consulting with the JohnWallStreet Advisory advisor of choice
✅ Attendee Visibility – Members will receive the attendee list following each event they attend, making it easier to extend conversations beyond the room and build lasting relationships
✅ JaneWallStreet Events – IQ members will be invited to a series of curated in-person experiences hosted by our sister brand, where they can engage with the women leading change across sport, learn from their experiences and forge lasting relationships
✅ Chicago Chapter Events – A dedicated slate of Chicagoland programming will bring local IQ members together more regularly and create a more connected local network
We have a packed programming calendar for the remainder of 2026, beginning with our Q3 State of the Media Union tomorrow, September 16. The virtual call led by former Fox Sports President Bob Thompson and former Fox Sports SVP Programming, Research & Content Strategy Pat Crakes will dive into the industry’s evolving measurement currency, the race to aggregate local sports rights, Fox’s acquisition of a $22bn audience creation engine, and much more.

The momentum continues in ‘27 with new topics and a series of highly respected voices. Every featured speaker cited is a member of JWS IQ.

Enrollment for 2027 is now open. Those who join before year-end will receive immediate membership, with the remaining months of 2026 included at no additional cost.

In the latest episode of The Sports Advisors, four JohnWallStreet Advisory Advisors discuss LSU taking on the SEC in court and how college football’s growing legal uncertainty changes the risk calculus for schools, brands and media partners.
Nick Kelly, Shripal Shah, John Brody, Pat Crakes, and host Corey Leff discuss the enforcement paradox, why governance chaos shouldn’t tank media rights values, how centralized leadership would help, why brand partners should be buying the controversy, and more.
As always, you can connect with a member of the JohnWallStreet Advisory team by sending a note to [email protected]. In fact, we encourage it!
